Terms & Conditions

All work is carried out by Living Room Storiez (LRS) on the understanding that the client has agreed to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Project & Communication

All design references, content, and images must be provided by the client at once.
Our response time is up to 72 hours from receiving the required materials.
We accept work from Monday to Thursday only.
No new tasks will be taken on Friday and Saturday.
We remain closed on Sundays and declared holidays (holiday list will be informed).

2. Design Approval & Changes

Once a design is approved or published (online/offline), no further changes will be entertained.
Each design includes a maximum of 3 revisions. Additional edits will be chargeable.
Color appearance may vary depending on device brightness and display settings.

3. Social Media Handling

While LRS is managing your page, avoid third-party posting.
If third-party posting is necessary, prior notification is required.
Any boosting or promotion must be informed 48 hours in advance with full payment.
LRS is not responsible for results such as likes, followers, views, or business inquiries.

4. Access & Permissions

Adding or removing admins requires prior notification.

5. Payments & Billing

50% advance payment is required for all design work (non-refundable).
100% advance payment is mandatory for printing work (non-refundable).
Invoices are issued at the end of each month.
Payments must be completed by the 5th of every month.
Payments can be made via online transfer.

6. Files & Deliverables

Raw/source files will be provided only upon separate quotation based on size and complexity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Living Room Storiez shall not be held responsible for any performance results related to social media, advertising, or business outcomes.

9. Jurisdiction
